Happy Thanksgiving!! Hopefully, everyone has had a lovely holiday, whichever way it has been spent. Personally, I spent the holiday with my family at home, and we had turkey (classic), mac and cheese (probably my favorite dish), hot potato casserole, broccoli casserole, and soon-to-be pumpkin pie and apple pie! I've been feeling something tangy, so when I found this recipe I just knew I had to try it out!  These Lemon Raspberry muffins are not only tangy with the lemon but also have a sweet flavor to them with the raspberries.  Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups of Flour 1 cup of Sugar 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder 3/4 teaspoons of Baking Soda 3 Eggs 1/2 cups of Greek Yogurt (or sour cream) 3 Lemons, juice, and zest 3/4 cups of Canola Oil 2 cups of Raspberries Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, greek yogurt, lemon juice and zest, canola oil Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
