Happy Thanksgiving!! Hopefully, everyone has had a lovely holiday, whichever way it has been spent. Personally, I spent the holiday with my family at home, and we had turkey (classic), mac and cheese (probably my favorite dish), hot potato casserole, broccoli casserole, and soon-to-be pumpkin pie and apple pie! In his book, Dave Ramsey discusses both entrepreneurs and leaders and describes how they had come to mesh together into the right balance for his business. A few terms he used to describe the entreleader are: " passionately serving ", " disciplined risk-takers ", " courageous while humble ", and " influential leaders " (page 10).
